We ship your purchase with Bpost, once we have received the payment for your order. Your order will be shipped within 2 business days.
Your address will be listed as your default delivery address. You may have a different billing and shipping address enter in Step 3 of your order.

We try to describe all items that we offer as accurately as possible and illustrate them with several pictures. Yet it may be that your purchase does not meet your expectations.
As a consumer you have the right to return your purchase, without paying a fine or without giving a reason, within fourteen calendar days from the day following the delivery of your purchase.
We will refund the full purchase amount as soon as we we receive your purchase back in our possession, it is important that the articles were not damaged and in their original packaging.
Any shipping and return costs are at your expense. Once we have processed your return we will send you an e-mail confirmation and pay the purchase price within 30 days.
